Payment and shipping

Payments on our website are made by bank transfer. Any other payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, cash on delivery, etc.) must be agreed with our staff.

Order cancellation

Orders are binding and can be cancelled only if the goods have not yet been shipped by written notice to be sent by e-mail or by telephone. For orders that have already been dispatched, the customer must communicate their wish to return the material.
